What We Do


HRSSI offers experienced consulting services to across the various dimensions of design, planning and implementation of future-state service delivery models. Our approach is rooted in lean systems thinking, applying OpEx theories often found in manufacturing and production environments to the world of HR service delivery. For more than a decade, HRSSI has been surveying HR service delivery organizations about delivery practices, performance and trends, compiling the most comprehensive and detailed database available. All members of the target survey audience -- typically HR and/or HRIS professionals -- who satisfy the completion requirement are eligible to receive a copy of the findings reports at no cost.
